Maddox Nutrition

At Maddox Nutrition LLC, we believe that food is more than just fuel - it’s a good gift to be enjoyed and celebrated. Founded with a deep commitment to whole-person health and clinical excellence, our goal is to provide personalized, evidence-based nutritional care that helps you break free from diet culture and disordered eating. We believe full recovery from an eating disorder is possible and that all bodies, of all shapes and sizes, deserve to be nourished. We specialize in medical nutrition therapy through individualized nutrition counseling for individuals of all ages and their loved ones. Whether you're recovering from an eating disorder, healing from disordered eating, relearning how to eat after years of going on diet after diet, or navigating a new medical diagnosis, our team is here to support you every step of the way. We are passionate about offering a Christian faith-based, Christ-centered approach to nutrition counseling when requested by YOU - the client. Our Philosophy: We believe that full and lasting recovery from an eating disorder is possible. We’re here to help you along the way no matter what your unique journey has looked like. We practice from a non-diet and weight neutral perspective, which means we do not provide intentional weight loss strategies or view foods as “good” or “bad.” We help our clients embrace all foods as morally equal and integrate intuitive eating principles when appropriate for your stage of recovery. We are Health at Every Size (HAES) aligned practitioners, which means we believe that all bodies are worthy of equal treatment in health care and that weight is only one small piece of the big puzzle that is health. We highly value working as part of your treatment team alongside a licensed therapist or counselor, medical doctor, and/or psychiatrist for best-practice eating disorder care. When requested, we are happy to incorporate a Christian faith-based, Christ-centered approach to your nutrition treatment to help you embrace God’s good design for your body and food.
