Madison Eyes
Madison Eyes is a family-centered practice that treats patients of all ages, from infants to the elderly. The goal is to meet the complete eye care needs of individuals and families with an emphasis on eye health, vision, comfort and style. Services offered include wellness and medical eye exams for children and adults ages six months and up, availability of high quality eyeglasses, and all types of contact lenses. Three licensed opticians are on staff providing individualized attention and style consultation. In addition, Madison Eyes offers treatment for urgent medical eye problems 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, as well as pre-operative and post-operative care for laser vision correction.

Dr. Lee was incredible. She patiently listened to my challenges and concerns and committed to finding a solution. At each step she discussed the causes and outlined potential solution options. She ensured that I didn’t leave until I had contacts that gave me excellent vision. This was the best eye doctor experience I have had.

I did not see the doctor as she called out that morning. I received a phone call and text message that morning letting me know that I would see another doctor. That is fine but when I arrived, they told me that my appointment would not be covered by insurance because it had not been a year (even though I had booked the appointment with them on the phone over 6 weeks ago and asked them to confirm that when scheduling). The office manager than argued with me that she had called and texted me the day before and got aggressive when I offered to show her my phone that I had no record of either. She booked a new appointment and walked away without saying sorry, or even goodbye. I have canceled that rescheduled appointment and will not be returning to the office. Notwithstanding that I have been going to them for years, that treatment is unacceptable.
