Whether you’re working towards a collegiate scholarship or trying to reclaim your life back from an eating disorder, I’m here to support you and give you the tools to get there.
My counseling approach centers around anti-diet, Intuitive Eating, Health At Every Size, Motivational Interviewing and “all foods fit” philosophies to help clients harness the power of food to fuel their bodies, manage medical conditions, make peace with their food demons, and rebuild a healthier relationship with eating.
We’ll review your food story of how you got here and where you want to be, tackle your nutrition questions, create a fueling plan for you, review nutrition education, and share a safe place together where we’ll grow together.
