Dr. Jain is a board certified Rheumatologist with over 10 years of experience in treating patients with all aspects of rheumatic diseases. She completed residency and fellowship training at the Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai Medical Center and has been part of academic faculty of different health systems in New York and Chicago, seeing and treating the most complex medical and Rheumatology conditions. This is the best experience I have ever had at a doctor’s office. She is so genuinely patient, thorough, caring, and just awesome. I had not seen her in years, and she still remembered me and my story and my diagnosis. She went through my medical history and results from the gap years. She really cares about patient as persons, not as numbers. She took so much time with me. I was not rushed. I forgot I was seeing a doctor in the U.S., as all doctors I have seen before rush me. She is the best doctor! I wish she specialized in EVERYTHING so I would only have to see her.
The facility is clean, it has parking garage (garage tickets get validated by the doctor’s office), and there’s plenty of street parking. The office is clean and peaceful. The front desk admin is so welcoming, kind, and patient.
I would give this a 100 stars if I could. <3

Dr. Jain is a role model for other physicians. She is very knowledgeable, competent, experienced, and extremely caring. Although she will be out of network for insurance providers, Dr. Ruchi Jain is well worth it. Probably the best Doctor-patient experience I had in 20 years! Highly recommend.

Dr. Jain was extremely sweet and welcoming.
She took plenty of time listening to me and having a two-way conversation so each of us could carefully consider what the other was saying.
I walked away with two new recommended vitamins to try in order to hopefully aid in some of the Fibro symptoms which was a pleasant and welcome surprise.
I have done a tremendous amount of reading on the subject and seen multiple healthcare providers of varying specialties and had never heard of these so I am excited to give it a try.
