Dr. Wong is a wonderful doctor and amazing person - she has been very thorough and generous with her time and attention. She's highly competent, very experienced and genuinely concerned with my well-being. After a visit I feel much more confident that we'll successfully treat my issues. I also like the cool and modern office - it's very clean there. You can also park there at a great discount. The staff is amazing too - very knowledgeable, pleasant and attentive. Overall, a great experience - I highly recommend them!

My first visit to the allergist has been by far the best. In the previous years and my experience with Lutheran and now NYU Langone has not been the best experience. I was previously dismissed by a GYN in NYU Langone, which led me to do my own research and seek the expertise of an allergist to address my initial concerns. As a patient, I value the time, professionalism and knowledge that any medical practitioner can offer during a medical visit. From the office staff in the waiting room, to the intake with Maurice, to the nurse practitioner (RN) to the consult with the specialist, are by far the best and smoothest, informative visit I’ve had so far. I truly appreciate the care and time dedicated to walk me through all the process. To top it off the referral to a Quest lab, and the process itself was absolutely great.

I thoroughly enjoyed every bit of my visit. The whole staff was welcoming and beyond pleasant. Dr Lee-Wong was truly the greatest example of how a Dr is suppose to make a patient feel. She was knowledgeable, loving, caring, thorough and most importantly genuine. I’ve never felt a true connection with a Dr as I did with her. I can’t wait to return and refer all my friends and family. She is exceptional. I also appreciated her NP Shirley. She answered every question and made me feel very comfortable for my allergy test. Overall, my experience was a 1000/10 highly recommend!

I would definitely go back to Dr. Wong. She did not rush me when I explained my concerns or jump to any conclusions. She understood why I wanted to get an allergy test done. Even though the results did not explain the skin reaction I had, it was still valuable information to know and she was very thorough in explaining the results and the steps I can take to relieve my allergies. I have another appointment set up to review my blood test results.
We were seen on time and the doctor was very thorough in her questions and physical exam. She gave me lots of time for questions and was very very reassuring that she could help my issues. Would definitely recommend

The doctor was an amazing person to speak to. She took the time to get to know me and explain my situation fully. I felt very comfortable the minute I walked into the building. I was greeted with a smile by Jordan and the whole staff was so kind and helpful. Love how the cleaning crew keeps the hospital floors, waiting areas, exam rooms, bathroom, elevators so neatly cleaned and polished. Everyone is so respectful and well mannered and they treat you like family. Thank you to everyone who took the time to assist me and making me feel comfortable. This is what you call great customer service. I will definitely recommend coming here.
