The provider was excellent and communicated clearly. The office staff on the other hand were extremely rude and unpleasant.

I was waiting for over an hour, undressed and uncomfortable, while several people came and went before I was seen. A month later, they incorrectly prescribed something to me and didn’t bother to call me or my pharmacy to admit the mistake. I had to cancel the order with my pharmacy myself.

The Dr had me waiting for over an hour to be seen and when she walked in she didnt even touch me. She just told me I needed to be referred elsewhere! Why have me wait then?!

Dr. Bayya was amazing! She took the time to really listen to all of my concerns and made me feel genuinely heard and understood. She has such a calm, kind, and welcoming presence that immediately put me at ease. I never felt rushed, and she explained everything clearly and thoughtfully.

Yes I will go back, especially to my GYN Dr, cuz she's a good listener and doesn't rush, also explains everything I need, little by little so I understand well. I recommend her to anyone I know.

I had to wait for over 2 hours to be seen by the doctor. I was made to go to another room with no pants on. Despite the wait and not feeling well, the doctor asked that I sit up so she can talk to me, not taking into account my health or the amount of time I've been there. The nurses were lovely but the experience was awful. All of that wait just for the exam to last 5 minutes and for her to prescribe me ibuprofen (advil).

Hands down, the best, most informative visit. Dr Bayya was both extremely knowledgeable and patient. She creates an environment that feels safe and you feel understood. She asks questions and seems truly interested in the answers. She takes her time to explain things to you and answers your questions without a bunch of medical jargon. She knows what she’s doing! The front staff were REALLY nice as well. Overall, great experience!

Dr Bayaa was VERY knowledgeable and shared tons of info about my situation. She made me feel very comfortable and I didn’t feel rushed at all. From the 2 front desk personnel to the triage nurse (Shelly) to Dr Bayaa made this experience an overall great experience! Would definitely recommend.

Eh, not the best experience. I arrived 10 mins early for my appointment and wasn’t seen by the doctor until an hour past my appointment time. The worst part was being told to disrobe and prep, then sitting there, freezing cold, for over 45 mins waiting. With no apologies for the wait.

Dr. Bayyan is a warm and understanding doctor. She is a great listener and answered all of my questions. Great personality. She is also very thorough. You can’t go wrong with her as your OB/GYN.
