The doctor and resident were great, friendly and answered all my questions and explained my fracture thoroughly, referencing the X-ray to make sure I understood.
The front desk was clueless and I felt like there was a HIPAA violation asking me what medicines I took, etc, and filling out the forms themselves without asking me to fill it out. Medical assistants were impatient. I wanted a print out of my notes and X-ray to give my PCP who requested them and after waiting a while or being told they couldn't do it a PA volunteered to do it for me.
Otherwise a good visit. Place was packed but I didn't have to wait as long as I thought.

He saw me, took two x rays, had no idea what was wrong with my shoulder whatsoever, then prescribed me physical therapy. He offered no way forward, no options, no way to deal with the pain, just PT which I have already been doing. I will not be returning or recommend this doctor. It was a complete waste of my time and money.

I waited over an hour just to be called back, and then had to wait even longer to see the doctor. They clearly overbook patients, the waiting room was so crowded that there weren’t even enough chairs for everyone. The doctor diagnosed me and prescribed a brace but didn’t discuss any follow-up care or next steps. I’ll be seeing a different doctor.

I would not recommend this doctor, he is inattentive. He was in a hurry, and the appointment took less than five minutes. He was aggressive when he did medical evaluation that was a cause of the pain.

Doctors office is very competent staff is nice and efficient. Dr Edelstein helped me with this same issue years ago and now they accept my insurance and I have the same issues and expect nothing but a positive result. Very nice bedside manner and you can feel good at this office your in good hands. Waiting room is clean, restrooms are clean your touched by at least 3 staff members before seeing the doctor. Really good place to go if you have broken bones or any other orthopedic issues. Ten out of ten for this office.
