Dr Preis, her team and the reception staff at 547 Vanderbilt were all very kind and helpful. I’m grateful to have met her, she listened and gave a thorough exam. I found the doctor’s beside manner lovely and also helpful that she personally made sure I had a future appointment with a colleague for help with another issue. Thank you again!

I had a wonderful visit at Maimonides ENT. The staff was very kind & pleasant to talk to, & Dr. Preis & Dr. Sparacio were ABSOLUTELY AMAZING!!! They are dedicated, caring physicians who show compassion for their patients, & I'm very thankful & grateful that I had an opportunity to be seen by them. They are GREATTTT!!! ??

Could have been better. A random PA walked in the room claiming the actual doctor was not present. She had a slight attitude. The. Came back in the room with the doctor herself. I dont know what kind of game she was playing. I still did not have my issue resolved as my problem is still present very annoyed as I am the one who has to deal with this issue for the past three weeks. The doctor could have go e further to see what was the real issue. An immune system DOES NOT act up for no reason there is always a cause and they were very poor at finding that cause. With the words “oh it’ll go away on its own” People dont care i have to fight for ur own health ridiculous but quick to take insurance money. God forbid it happens to them or any of their close ones.

The waiting time is too long. Almost 2 hours. The most important thing is no one is able to give you specific timeline about how much you need to wait. But when you meet with Dr. Michal, her smile will change your mind.
