The new clean building and office is bright and airy feeling, clean and well decorated.Staff know their roles, are friendly and efficient. I was called in within 15 minutes of my appointment time and seen right away by the doctor after the initial
intake. Dr.Schiff is smart, communicated clearly, answered my questions and concerns. He is calm and informative and calmed me about my new diagnosis. Excellent patient care and experience close to home.

Dr. Kitchin and the entire staff were great. They were thorough, honest, and kind and I can't say enough good things. I had to get bloodwork same day and even the phlebotomist downstairs was phenomenal. One of the best doctor's I've been to in a long time!

The office rescheduled my initial appointment over a month. I finally did see the doctor she was perfectly nice and listened to me, which can be rare in a doctor, but seemed under-informed of my condition. She sent me for additional test that same day in the same hospital and said she would call back to discuss the results in 2 weeks. We had discussed that PT would not likely be helpful for me. After 2 weeks with no call i called her office and left a message with the receptionist. This happened 2 more times. Over a MONTH later, i get a call. I did not speak to the doctor. The receptionist relayed my test results and said they would refer me to PT. No opportunity to speak with the doctor or review my results. I tried to call back and was sent to some call center that said they would “relay a message” that i wanted to speak with the doctor. Went to see if i could book a telehealth just to review the results as promised and she is booked out months. Overall disappointed.

Dr Kitchen was very kind thorough and extremely knowledgeable. We went over my labs my symptoms and she did a complete physical just to see where my pain was prominent. The doctor was great and so was the resident who was assisting her. The waiting area and staff were not friendly, nor were the lab technicians on the first floor that I saw afterward. Still, the doctor herself was great.

He was highly detailed and took the time to research all possibilities. He went above and beyond when reviewing my bloodwork, spending a significant amount of time making sure I understood my overall health and other conditions. Very patient.
