Very good doctor as far as my experience goes. The phone operators are another issue entirely. I spent over 45 minutes on hold on two separate occasions simply trying to reschedule an appointment. I left messages and was never called back. I've had this problem before with this office. Whoever is running the phones is doing a very poor job.
