The dental hygienist was very friendly and welcoming, and the dentist was very friendly when he came in and did most of the work that a dental hygienist would do at any other dentist’s office.

I took my baby and I observed that the entire team made him feel comfortable and safe enough to sit still. They included me in the plan of care and Dr Kim took time to explain in detail what to expect so we could make an informed decision.
It’s important to form a personal connection with kids and I noticed my son felt safe from the moment he walked in and chatted with Andrea at the reception, and the comfort he had with the dental hygienist while the x-rays were taken. I then decided to book an appointment for my other son. The part that the location is in Melissa, TX closer to home is a bonus!
