I been seeing Dr Fox now and have never had a problem, until now. I used this web site to book an appointment and picked flu shot for my visit. When I arrived the desk told me I did not have a visit wih Dr Fox. I showed them my email reminder and they said, " oh you are here for a flu shot". And of course he couldnt fit me in for 5 mins. I wont use this web site any more. I will be sure to get a real person at the desk the next time I want to see doc Fox....

I was taken back to the examine room at about my appointment time, which was very nice since, with all my other doctors, I'm often taken back 20-60 minutes *past* my appointment time. The nurse who took my vitals and gave me a flu shot was very friendly and professional.
Dr. Fox was great. Because of his great bedside manner, I've very comfortable talking to him and respect his recommendations. He answers all questions, doesn't rush you, and really seems to care about fixing your problems. Fantastic doctor!

I was there for an annual check. He listened to my concerns and addressed them immediately. He was thorough with his examination and followup with me of tests performed. I highly recommended Dr Fox.

Absolutely recommend! I found myself in need of 2 new doctors after both my GP and my Neurologist retired this year. I honestly felt a bit lost, anxious and extremely discouraged. I have a long standing diagnosis that requires Monitoring/treatment and while not life threatening absolutely affects my quality of life. True to form I waited until the last possible second to make an appointment and was cautiously optimistic when I found a doctor that had great reviews, was in-network with an available appointment! Dr. Ramono was welcoming and thorough. When we spoke about finding a neurologist he actually gave me a NAME instead of the usual "call your insurance". The women who checked me in/out were fast and friendly. I feel lucky to have found this practice. Thank you.

It was my first visit to this office o I arrived about 30min early fill out forms. All that went well. Check in nurse was timely and courteous. Then Dr Romano came about 5 mins or so. Took time with me. Explained things I needed to know for my age. Went over my past. Plus had time to take care of an issue that came up the week before. I'd say whole visit was about 25 min give or take. Overall was pleased and left with a game plan for future visits.

This doctor came extremely highly recommend, if it wasn't for this recommendation after the first visit I wouldn't be returning. Needless to say my experience on the fist visit was something to be desired. Hopefully with repeat vists and the doctor getting to know me and me getting to know the doctor the Dr./Patient relationship gets to be more useful.
