Dr. Bergan is great - she takes time to discuss your symptoms with you and the options for treatment. Be prepared to wait, usually it takes 30-60 minutes to see her.

Catherine Bergan is a fabulous Doctor. She has a warm and friendly approach to her patients . She is calm , soft spoken and very giving of both her time and attention. She sincerely cares for you, making each patients feel that they are very important and what they have to say is as equally important. Dr. Bergan is well informed on current medical trends and I feel very comfortable in her care. While the actual appointment went well, I waited for 30 minutes before being taken to a room and 20 minutes in the room before being seen for an appointment that lasted approximately 10-15 minutes. I was told a room was not yet available for me 30 minutes after my scheduled appointment time. It was frustrating to sit and wait for close to an hour before being seen, especially when I had other appointments and obligations to attend to following this appointment.

Professional, understanding, compassionate and always relates very well to me. She asks just the right questions and is interested in your response. She spends the time to assure that your concerns and problems get the professional attention they deserve. Would be lost without her. Have recommended her to many. The office staff is pleasant and helpful considering their responsibilities with patient traffic and telephone duties. Have always been happy with this practice.

Dr Bergan is a very good doctor. She takes all my information and is thoughtful in her diagnosis. However, this practice has always had extremely long wait times. I thought having an apt first thing in the morning would eliminate my long wait - that was not the case. I don't even think Dr Bergan was in the office until about 1/2 hour after my morning apt was scheduled. A bit frustrating .

I scheduled online for an 11:30 appt. Their office called the day of asking if I could come at 11:00 and so I did. I waited from 10:45-12:00 in the general waiting room and then finally was taken back to the exam room where I waited until 12:30 for the doctor. I absolutely love this doctor, she is very good and I have been seeing her for years so otherwise I would just go elsewhere.
