Pleasant staff. I think initially the staff were not tuned completely into the nature of my visit.
My initial perception was, they were just checking boxes. Not the most holistic approach to modern medicine. The experience felt much like going through a automatic car wash. Little to any sincerity.
I left with referrals and needed testing paperwork. Leaving with no sense that I’ve found a primary physician.

I recently switched over to this office and Dr Notaro so this was my first appointment. I’ll be honest I had not read any reviews etc, and just needed a practice near our new home. From the moment I walked in the door until I left I was met with such warmth and professionalism from each and every person. Dr Notaro was very thorough and simply wonderful. My experience completely confirmed that I had made the right choice with this provider!

Dr. Notaro is great. He was well engaged with me the whole time I was there. He explained everything that’s going on with me in plain term so I can understand.
I have to say the overall experience with doctor was great, but office admin experience was not very good.
My prescription needed to be sent to different pharmacy so I called and requested. The office member was not helpful at all. She said that she made a note but I don’t think she actually tried anything to accommodate the request, and she sounded like she was annoyed. Sounded rude.

I arrive early, however if the appointment was scheduled for a certain time, it is not fair to wait for 40 minutes and somebody from his staff says he does not have time to finish with the previous patient, it was my first time and I will never go back, because it is disrespectful.
