Overall, my son and I had a great experience. There was one staff member whose demeanor did not make me feel welcome. Fortunately, that was not my son's experience, and everyone else we interacted with was pleasant, respectful, and communicated professionally. While I would like to overlook this interaction, I cannot ignore how it made me feel as a new patient. I genuinely like the office and plan to continue receiving services there. I also intend to email the dental office with a more detailed account of my experience because I believe it is important for the individual to understand the impact her disposition had on a new patient and family. My hope is that the feedback will be received constructively and help ensure all patients feel welcomed and valued.
