Maitland Avenue Dental has been a dental office for over forty years. The Practice was purchased from Dr. John Spolski in 2012 by Dr. Amer Alshareef. Our commitment to the continuity of our patients care is our priority with the retention of existing staff providing you with over 50 years of combined dental experience.

DentalnDoctor Armir Shareef is a very polite and is very gentle hand when working with your mouth. He is more concern in helping hos patients in getting to the problem and not attempting in making more.money by ripping you off. He will work with you and to you in getting the right treatment. I highly recommends those who want to save money, be treated gentle, polite and be able to be heard and advise accordingly and not get taken for a joy ride in taking money out of your pocket will keep to see Dr. Amir Shareef ASAP. Mouth problems resolved and handled the right way on the 1st visit. He's excelent and his service is super. Numero uno in the central Orlando territory.

Every dentist i have been to in the past has given me such a guilt trip. They spend time scolding for teeth not being clean enough, proposing added services, and just making you feel bad. Of course, the dentist did say I need to floss more (which I do need to), but they told me about specific areas and the reason for it. It was not presented in a judgemental way. Came away from the appointment feeling good, with clean teeth, and a plan of action until the next visit. Very positive experience.

Dr. Shareef and his staff are absolutely amazing! I always feel like he is very genuine with me, and that he truly wants to help. I never feel pressured to buy into something unnecessary. The whole staff goes above and beyond. I had tooth pain over the weekend. Carol, his receptionist, was very reachable and worked with me throughout the weekend to address my problem until it was resolved. Everyone who works there is very friendly. I feel as though they see me as a person and not just a customer. Great job!

Dr. Al shareef is the only dentist I have ever liked. He didn't make me feel bad about my teeth (they're pretty bad and I am very self conscious about it) and I could tell he really wanted to help me feel better about my smile. As he was doing his exam (and eventually filling) he made sure to ask me how I was doing and if anything hurt.
He's extremely personable and so is his office staff. Before I agreed to any procedures, they showed me a breakdown/estimate of what my total costs would be as long as the insurance covered what they said they would so I knew what I was going to pay before I had the procedures done. No surprise costs!

Quick, Insightful, Diligent, and Professional staff. Dr. Shareef took the time to review each element of treatment in detail. Most refreshingly he gave professional and personal opinion without the intent to push any service or product, but rather he genuinely wants you to have a healthy mouth. Highly recommend this office. Meredith performed the cleaning and took the time to reiterate each portion of the procedure to make sure I knew what was happening, and why.
