I had an outstanding experience at this urgent care center and cannot recommend them highly enough! From the moment I walked in, the team made me feel genuinely cared for during a stressful time.
Sarah Burton, my provider, was exceptional. She took the time to truly listen to all of my concerns without rushing, which is so rare these days. Her questions were thoughtful, spot-on, and clearly showed they were connecting the dots to get to the root of the issue. I felt heard, understood, and confident in the care plan they developed. Their calm, professional, and compassionate approach turned what could have been a frustrating visit into a reassuring one.
The medical assistant also deserves huge accolades! He was friendly, efficient, and incredibly helpful—explaining everything clearly, making sure I was comfortable, and handling all the details with a smile. The positive energy and attentiveness made the entire process smooth and pleasant.
This is the kind of urgent care everyone hopes for! Way better than feeling discarded and disrespected at any local emergency room!
Highly recommend.

Bridget Jemison is a fantastic provider and selfishly I wish she was a primary care doctor because that is how much I enjoyed seeing her. She was compassionate, grounding, empathetic, and extremely knowledgeable. I trusted her completely and felt at ease. She made me feel like I am a co-author in my care plan while also maintaining the container that she is at the helm. She listened to my (frankly long winded)concerns and was able to distill options to explore in a non-overwhelming way. I appreciate how graceful she was with me despite how much of a train wreck I was during the appointment. If you have had prior negative experiences with providers and are looking for someone who will take you seriously as you are and treat you with respect, she is who I would recommend. Especially if you feel it's something "embarrassing",she is extremely delicate and non judgmental. She is not threatened by patients who advocate for themselves and that is the highest compliment I can give any provider

I'm so glad that I went to this Urgent Care. The front office staff were efficient, the assistant taking my vitals, was friendly and efficient - his name was Angel. And Bridget, who talked to me about my symptoms and did an exam, was excellent. she has a great bedside manner, smart, friendly and I trusted her. I told her that I wishes she was my regular doctor!

One of the best experiences I’ve had with a Dr. Dr Brittany was very helpful knowledgeable about my knee so nice and made me feel comfortable. The guy that took my vitals and did the X-ray was extremely nice also. I am very impressed!!

Dr Bridget has been my urgent care physician since I was 9-years old when I was injured twice in 30-days by school bullies. She knows how to deal with my neurodivergence and teenage angst. She’s thoughtful, empathetic and calm. My pediatrician retired right before Covid19 so now she’s my all around physician.
