I booked online for an appointment with Dr. Banafsee, who is fantastic. When I arrived at the alotted time for my appointment, the recpetionist told me that I did not have an appotment with the Dr. but with the PA. I showed her my email confirmation that I had an appointment with Dr. Banafsee. She was very dismissive and advised that I had an appoinment with urgent care and this had to see the PA. I was not permitted to see Dr. Banafsee. It was very deceptive. This can't be the first time that this has happened. Just be aware that you may not see who you expect when booking through this platform.

Was not seen by the Doctor listed. Waited about 45 minutes. I come here all the time and this was the worst experience so far. Rushed out and not given a list of what was being prescribed. When I got to CVS there was no inhaler like he said and anti-nausea medicine that I didn’t ask for this is why I asked for a list because I’m not feeling good and I wanna make sure I get the right CVS pharmacy is not always the best

I was seen by a different doctor than the one indicated when I made an appointment.
The doctor said he would prescribe me meds but failed to submit the prescription to the agreed upon pharmacy before closing for the day.

Nice office, a smilefrom receptionist wouls gi a long way. I know I had same day appt,appreciate that, I still waited a little over an hour, other patients went in first. I saw the PA she was very nice and clear on information, listened to my concerns, nurse was also very nice. Would come back and refer someone. Overall great experience.

I’ve been going to this urgent care for the last few months ; it was my first time today to drive that far from my work place and get there for the staff to tell me that the Dr is not available to see me ; no communication or whatsoever ; my appointment was at 4:30 ,got there at 3:56 yet they sent me a reminder at 3 pm to check in but never mentioned that Dr had to leave immediately. Very disappointed other than that they are very friendly and professional.

Considering I change my appointment from 9am to 9:30am an hour before, I’d say-accommodations were excellent. Outside of my primary care physicians’ office, Manchester Urgent Care is my preferred option for my healthcare services. Today was my first time being seen by Dr. Banafshe, which the experience was a really great one. Why, I continue to return and trust this urgent care facility is due to the excellent care me and my little mom who suffer with Dementia-received Excellent and Extraordinary care from Bridget Jemison, PA-C on October 29, 2022, which was our first time visit. Nothing but good service at Manchester Urgent Care, since. Keep up the amazing work. Some of the best bedside manner, ever received from a medical staff. Landra is the only person who can draw blood from my arms and I thank God for her! I Am Totally AFRAID of needles. Ingrid works that front desk and does a wonderful job. I highly recommend this Urgent Care to all my family and friends!

Was seen for a sore throat. Received excellent care. The HC provider took the time to listen, and alleviated my concerns. Testing, diagnosing, and calling in prescriptions all done very quickly. I was worried an urgent care would be rushed, but instead it was an excellent appointment. Highly recommend them.

Dr. Fred was a kind and thorough doctor. He did what I expected without me asking for it. He instructions were clear and helpful. Oddly, the prescriptions I listed on the Zocdoc forms were not reviewed by the nurse or the doctor before seeing me. Therefore, it was necessary for me to speak up when new meds were being prescribed.

my experience wasn't the most pleasant and a big waste of time. they said there urgent care and pcp doctor....so what's problem, that's what I was looking for...plus they said on-line they except medi-cal.... the said they except PPO only.......place is thumbs down.

I went in for a Covid PCR test and was not ever given my results. I also got a test and they just handed me the bag and then walked away. Just seemed very unprofessional. I question where my test even went.

I needed a covid PSR test and I didn't see the provider. Just pulled up to location and was given test by assistant and then swabbed my mouth myself. I never saw the doctor. Been to this facility before and it was pretty good.
