Manhattan Medical Weight Loss
Our mission is to help patients lose weight and improve their health and quality of life by providing evidence-based obesity medicine treatments and empowering patients with education.
The practice is out-of-network with insurance. We will provide patients with a Superbill (medical receipt) to submit to your insurance for out-of-network coverage if you wish.
- First Month: $350 for 1hr in person intake + 30 min follow-up virtual appointment
- Following Months: $250 for 30 min in-person or virtual appointments
