Excellent! Coffee, tea and water available while you wait. Front staff is super excellent and very patient! The actual MRI was also great. They give you ear plugs for the loud noises and such, which helps.

The office was not aware of my appointment and therefore had not verified my insurance. I was stuck with either paying completely out of pocket or not having my MRI done which would have been extremely inconvenient as I took time off work to come to this original appointment. Would not recommend unless you follow up with them on your own after booking to confirm they actually accepted/received your booking.

They tried to get me to pay the full amount after I triple checked with my insurance that it was being covered. I called my insurance again while I was there, they confirmed approval, I acquired a reference number, and they still wanted me to pay the full amount. My insurance told me that their office never contacted them for approval.

I did not have an appointment and I told the lady twice to cancel the appointment until they heard back from my insurance. She called me on Monday 23rd September 2024 when she called to tell me they are waiting on the insurance. This appointment was supposed to have been canceled by them since 9/23/24.
