Manhattan Preferred Psychotherapy

DBT and CBT focused Behavioral specialist with over a decade of experience with Young Adults, Older Adults and Couples struggling with adjusting to life changes, Trauma, Depression, Anxiety and relationship difficulties and as well personality and emiotional difficulties. I work and collaborate with my clients utilizing the best and most appropriate therapeutic strategies to help them commit and achieve their personal goals and develop peace of mind. As a therapist who believes in diversity ad open mindness, I work to povide my clients with a sex positive safe space where queer folks and others can explore thier experience. Being aware of the needs of some of our most vulnerable community members, my practice is a empathetic haven for placing special attention to the unique needs of our neuro-divergent community members, who may stuggle with engaging or communicating their needs. We will collaborate and work to develop insight and self awareness, understand our cycles of behavior and negative coping styles, explore how to develop appropriate boundaries and learning to advocate for ourselves, learn about structure and goal setting , self acceptance and self empowerment.
