The exam is thorough with little to no wait time. Dr. Du is a great communicator and answered all of my concerns. The only thing that could improve is the paperwork process. I was rushed to do the exam even though I was trying to complete my intake forms. It’s be nicer if I was given time to complete the paperwork before the exam take place
