The staff and provider were very understanding and clearly communicated. I would recommend them to anyone.

This was my first visit with this dentist. I booked this visit 2 weeks prior, and was not asked to bring my Xrays from my previous dentist office with me. I get to the visit filled out all the paperwork and waited for almost 30 minutes. Then I was told I had to get Xrays today. I had a full set of X-rays at my last appointment plus an extra set of some kind of extra X-rays. I was told I needed to get a complimentary X-ray taken and then we could discuss it. I did and then was told I couldn’t get my teeth cleaned today because I’m not getting all the X-rays. I explained my insurance only covers X-rays once a year. She said I could just reschedule and bring my X-rays. I’ve been there 45 minutes. I took an hour off work. I get a call later claiming she called my former dentist and was told I only got bitewing xrays. Why would I lie about getting Xrays? I was charged because the extra Xrays were not covered by my insurance. I already had said I did not want to reschedule.
