I honestly dont know if there was an issue on Zoc Docs side or she just completely disregarded the appointment. I tried calling 2.5 hours ahead to confirm the appointment and what I needed to bring as a new patient. Calls all went to voicemail. When I did get there I then sat for over 45 minutes without any updates or messages from her. The other therapist said she was in her office and could hear her talking on the phone but her door was closed. Tried to call her a couple more times while waiting. Finally left after 45 minutes and still 3 hours later still have not heard anything from her.
