Marianna Zeltser, LMHC

I hold a license in Mental Health Counseling and completed comprehensive post-graduate training in psychotherapy and psychoanalysis. My practice is focused on addressing depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and trauma in adults. I meet with clients weekly or multiple times a week virtually or in-person, and I offer sessions in English and Russian. If you feel anxious, depressed, confused, or numbed by trauma, it can be useful and healing to find ways to clarify and reframe your experiences in a safe, contained environment. Together, we’ll explore the nature of your struggles at your own pace. I will closely listen to your story and we’ll work on vitalizing your sense of self, finding your own voice, and deepening your awareness of internal conflicts. During the first sessions, you will be welcome to let me know what challenges you face. Once we establish that we can work together, we'll develop goals for your therapy. Often, my clients are seeking to rediscover their strengths, establish meaningful & lasting relationships, manage stress effectively, realize a healthy work/life balance, mourn losses, and find the courage to forgive. Through this process, you can experience life from an open heart and move on in life with your full potential.
