It was amazing!! I saw Dr Patel and he was so helpful and gentle and kind! I was nervous going into this appointment and that seemed to hardly phase him and the staff and they just handled me as they do any patient - with such ease and comfort! This was truly such a great surprise and despite having to get dental work that day, I had such a great experience and will be making them my dentist moving forward!

The front desk staff was friendly and welcoming, which I appreciated. However, my experience with Dr. Abhi Shingala was disappointing. I came in specifically to have a filling checked due to nerve-like pain, but I didn’t feel my concern was properly addressed.
The dentist mentioned possible leakage or bacteria, but then said my symptoms might be ‘in my head,’ which felt dismissive and contradictory. I left without a clear answer or solution for the issue I came in for.
I was also strongly encouraged to get a deep cleaning, even though my main concern wasn’t resolved, which made the visit feel more focused on additional procedures than patient care. Overall, I didn’t feel heard

My overall experience was an 8/10, the staff is very nice and respectful, I got there like 20 mins early and they still called me back before my appt time. I was offered water during my wait time (great hospitality) and I loved the office it was so clean and pretty. The only issue was that I didn’t know my insurance didn’t cover my appt until the very end. It caught me off guard that I had to pay such a large amount out of pocket for tests that had already been taken at other dentist offices. Other than that I would go back. But that’s not the offices fault, I just wish someone had communicated that to me before I was on the way out the door.

I would give them a five out of five. From start to finish the service was wonderful. Thank to the entire staff for making my appointment today fast, seamless and easy. I would recommend Dr. Abhi to everyone who wants to get a five star treatment when it comes to their teeth. The dentist was equally pleasant, very thorough, and straightforward in his approach. He was highly knowledgeable, took the time to explain everything clearly, and was honest about my dental needs without trying to suggest unnecessary treatments.

A am a Senior citizen who has a true phobia where dentists are concerned. Dr. Shindala was exactly what I needed! His gentle but thorough manners put me completely at rest. He explained what procedures he was doing and made sure I completely understood. I experienced no pain. For the first time in my entire life of dental experiences I left his office with no pounding headache, pain in my mouth or nausea! I know there are many folks out there that fear going to a dentist as much as I had. Let me ease your mind. Going to Dr. Shindala was a gift. I rarely give this much explanation for a review but if you are looking for a dentist you can trust to address and perform any of your dental needs please do yourself a great favor and make an appointment with Dr. Shindala.
