Mark Naghsh LCSW

Many people come to me to assist them with the challenges that they have in their lives that they either want to change or feel powerless to do so. Via mutually set goals, we will explore these obstacles via self-exploration, narration, and guidance to assist you in gaining control and ownership of what matters to you. Through Cognitive behavioral, motivational interviewing and gestalt approaches, we will explore the emotional patterns and their origin to set a path of greater understanding as to how they influence you. Together, we can develop the tools to offset their impact on you to set a course of your choosing, My approach is narrative in nature, for each of us has our own story to tell.
