I tend to take a more directive approach to therapy, identifying areas of your life where you would like to see improvement and focusing on skills building related to these areas. I have training in dialectical behavioral therapy, cognitive processing therapy, and trauma focused cognitive behavioral therapy. These trainings allow me to specialize in the treatment of trauma, eating disorders and difficulties with regulating emotions.
