The staff is very friendly and helpful! They walk you through every step of what is going to happen while you're at the appointment. The ladies at the front & back desk are AWESOME! If there are any issues with billing or insurance, they're on top of resolving the issue! I give them a 10/10 rating. I highly recommend this dental office

10/10 would recommend Marx family dentist office. The whole experience from the scheduling to the cleaning and even filling a cavity, was professional. The staff, hygienist, assistant and dr were all communicative, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating to our needs. We have been looking for the right dentist for our family, for a while and we finally found it. It’s so hard to find a practice where you feel valued as a patient and not like they are trying to sell you on products or procedures you don’t necessarily need. I had questions about our insurance and they were immediately addressed and answered. My son had to have a cavity filled before leaving for college and they adjusted their day to get it done for us. It was so refreshing to be treated like a valued patient.
