My approach to therapy is strengths-based, person-centered and collaborative. I strongly believe meaningful change can happen when clients feel safe, respected and supported in an authentic therapeutic relationship. I integrate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and mindfulness into sessions to help clients better understand their thoughts, emotions and behavioral patterns while exploring meaning, values and personal goals. I tailor therapy to each individual, moving at the client's pace and adapting treatment to meet the client's unique needs and preferences.
