I work from a holistic perspective, taking into account the physical, mental, and emotional needs of each client. Every session is tailored to the individual, meeting you where you are and addressing what your body and mind most need at that moment. I believe that each person is unique, and I aim to understand and treat the underlying causes of pain, discomfort, stress, anxiety, nausea, fatigue, or specific conditions such as peripheral neuropathy, frozen shoulder, or hip dysplasia. While the foundation of my massage is Swedish, I often integrate Neuromuscular and Trigger Point Therapy, Shiatsu, Reflexology, or Thai Yoga Bodywork to create a personalized and effective treatment. I may use Deep Tissue Massage to release tension in the deeper muscle layers, Shiatsu to rebalance energy flow and promote pain relief, or Reflexology to address organ blockages and systemic dysfunction. When a softer or non-touch approach is needed—for example, in cases of cancer, ASD, or other sensitivities—I may incorporate Reiki, guided meditation, breathwork, or Sound Healing to support relaxation and healing in a gentle, nurturing way. My strength lies in my ability to read and respond to these changing needs, fine-tuning each session to bring the most restorative and relaxing results. I support the body’s natural ability to heal, helping each person reconnect with their own innate healing power.

Alexandre is very accommodating and works to get you into appointments quickly. He is more of a deep pressure, and pressure point massage therapist to get the knots out. If you are looking for a gentle, relaxing massage, this is not that type of massage.
