Please note I do not accept insurance. Background: Are you a high-performer or work in a high-stress role? Are you extremely successful/advanced in certain areas, but struggling in others (home life, stress, anxiety, personal/professional challenges, substance use, etc.)? I get it. You are pressured to perform, succeed, and deliver, and it’s hard to let your guard down. I specialize in working with high-performing professionals and offer the utmost discretion and confidentiality as well as a concierge approach. I attend to the needs of extremely time-limited individuals and help you move from surviving to thriving in both the short and long term. You may be embarrassed to seek help or never tried therapy before. It’s not hopeless. I am an evidence-based therapist, incorporating neuroscience, CBT, and psychoanalytic approaches to achieve concrete change. I support clients in improving their thinking, perceiving, and ability to act in the world, supporting greater satisfaction and healing. My clients say they are relieved to have someone who understands them with ZERO judgment and guides them to improve the way they see, feel, live, and act. You say daily you wish for a better way to live, and TODAY is the day. Today, you can take action, and together we can begin the journey to a better way of feeling, thinking, living, and being.
