Welcome to Our ENT Practice We are a general ear, nose, and throat (ENT) office dedicated to providing personalized, high-quality care. Our patient-focused approach means we are committed to doing everything we can to help you achieve and maintain your best possible health. Please note the following important information about our practice: -We do not accept Medicaid insurance. -We are currently out of network with Anthem Blue Cross Blue Shield. For certain conditions, such as vertigo, we do not have the specialized testing capabilities required for diagnosis or treatment. For your first appointment, we kindly ask that you arrive 15 minutes early to complete any necessary paperwork. Be sure to bring your insurance card and a photo ID to help us verify your coverage and process your visit smoothly.
