Starting therapy takes courage — especially if you've spent a long time handling things on your own. My approach is collaborative and non-judgmental, and I work at your pace. I specialize in working with men navigating depression, anxiety, relationship challenges, life transitions, and the particular weight of feeling like you're supposed to have it all figured out. I also work with LGBTQ+ individuals and people in non-traditional relationship structures who want an affirming, knowledgeable space. My training is in Internal Family Systems (IFS), an approach that helps you understand and heal the different parts of yourself driving your thoughts, feelings, and patterns — rather than just managing symptoms. Sessions are virtual, which means you can access care from wherever you are in New York, New Jersey, and Colorado
