I cannot recommend Molly enough to help you with brain spotting and support. She is a master at her craft. My body was in fight/flight mode and no matter what I did, my anxiety was through the roof. Brain spotting unlocked the stored trauma in my body and as a result my parasympathetic or calming mechanism was able to switch on and the anxiety significantly diminished. She asked the perfect questions for me to discover what my body was trying to tell me.
