As a Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with 15 years of experience, I have had the privilege of treating patients with a range of mental health concerns, including depression, anxiety, ADHD, and bipolar disorder. My approach combines therapy, medication, and lifestyle changes tailored to each individual’s needs, with the goal of fostering lasting recovery and well-being. Holding a Master’s degree in Mental Health Counseling and certification as a Trauma Specialist, I provide compassionate care rooted in understanding all factors contributing to each patient's symptoms. I also specialize in couples and family counseling. I have extensive experience working with the LGBTQ+ community, ensuring that my practice is inclusive and culturally competent.
