MAVA Behavioral Health is a one-stop solution for your behavioral health care needs. Our mission is to provide the best treatment and health care possible, in a friendly and compassionate environment. We focus on getting you in to the doctor as quickly as possible, but we never rush care. Our friendly and respectful physicians and medical staff always take time to listen, explain and answer all of your questions. Our experience enables us to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychological care. We treat several mental health disorders, and provide a neutral ground to individuals, families, and couples. We offer Tele-Psychiatry which enables our patients to be seen anywhere in Texas via live video with our Doctors and receive a full diagnosis and assessment from the comfort of their homes!

I made the appt online and didn’t get any instructions on how to attend the visit. I tried calling the office and was on hold for 10 mins. Was never contacted by anyone from the office. Never saw the provider.

I had a Telehealth new patient appointment for my SN son with NP Catherine Obgoda. Staff kept me aware of steps to access link. NP was on time, very professional, polite and took time to ask questions about my son's medications,etc. I am very satisfied with NP Catherine and her staff. Highly recommend.

I love how patient Dr. Nkechinyere was with me when explaining things. When I wasn't able to explain much further, she didn't hesitate to ask questions to get a better understanding of my situation and mental health. I really appreciate the patience and understanding she had with me.
