I liked that she noticed an issue that I didn’t bring to her attention. She has a great bedside manner and establishes rapport quickly. The only negative was the registration process where we were asked about gender identity and pronouns. That was very unnecessary and highly offensive to me.

The doctor does not seem as if she truly cares about her patients and their concerns. She checked me out for 2 minutes in a condescending way. She did not offer to request labs instead she told me to go to my PCP for them to request labs. The whole visit felt rushed and said she was judging me for even coming. Will not be going back.

Affectionately referred to as Dr.B, she is first, kind. She was comforting. Most importantly, of course, she was super
knowledgeable. I was very discouraged about my symptoms and any kind of possible recovery, but after my visit, I am
confident that Dr.B will help me get to the bottom of it. I'm so glad to be referred to
her by my friend.

Good location, first time patient walked right in and was greeted imimmediately sat on the lobby about 5 minutes when the nurse ushered me back to see the doctor. Dr Williams was very informed and friendly. Left all told 30 minutes.

Dr. Alexander was awesome! I had two concerns and he addressed both of them. He was really friendly and easy to talk to. He thoroughly explained my concerns and gave me the peace of mind that I needed. He also gave me a prescription for a cream for a rash, and it has worked beautifully! He is an awesome doctor and I highly recommend him!?

He was so nice and helped rule out things my rash could have been. We are trying a cream and steroids then I will follow up in 3 weeks to see if it’s effective. I was also late and he still worked me in, which I was grateful for because my dental appointment that day went over what was expected and I thought I wouldn’t make it in time!
