the service in general very good. Dr. Serge's explanation was very professional. We hope the treatment works. However, the treatment and attitude of the nurse (I don't remember her name, but she was the head nurse), was terrible. She hurt our son a lot when she puras him the injections with the tests and far from accepting what we told her, she became more upset. They must understand that it is a health service that they are providing to a child and they should be much more empathetic.

Zachary Marshall MD was referred to me only one business day before I was seen for my initial evaluation. He had reviewed all my referring doctors notes. He spent over 30 minutes with me asking very intelligent medical questions. I was very impressed with his knowledge base and recommendations.

I visited the office today because I had a severe allergic cough, and Dr. Nguyen was amazing. She listened carefully and patiently as I explained all of my symptoms, and I never felt rushed during the appointment. The entire staff was wonderful from the front desk to the nurse who administered my shots. Everyone was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable throughout my visit. The entire experience was efficient, reassuring, and compassionate. I truly appreciated the excellent care I received and would highly recommend Dr. Nguyen to anyone looking for an attentive and knowledgeable allergist.

Doctor was amazing! She really made me feel heard, but the office was old and male nurse was kind of cold/ off putting. The office also used some old equipment which could be updated.
But once again I amazing doctor she gave me next steps and was super kind.
