I have 30 years' experience in Mental Health and Substance abuse. I'm licensed as a Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and Human Services. My experience enables me to offer effective outpatient, individualized, psychiatric care. I treat a number of mental health disorders, through supportive psychotherapy and medications management. My focus is to help individuals heal, energize, and become aware of their inner strengths. I achieve this by providing a neutral safe space, listening to your concerns, and customizing a treatment plan. My goal is to help you grow from your struggles, heal from your pain, and move forward to where you want to be in your life.

He is absolutely amazing! He goes above and beyond with my child, by involving his school and the other health care professionals that work with my son. He makes sure there's a plan and that everyone is on the same page. He handles emergencies immediately. I know that he 100% has my child's best interest first and foremost. I was a little unsure about Sledge during our first appointment, but after and during a few appointments, he has the quality of care and professionalism that I wanted in a provider. For starters, he is very available, which I was unused to with previous providers. In the event of emergencies or things that need handling immediately, he is very reachable and professional. If he cannot talk with you right then, he either comes back to talk very soon after or sets up a time and date with you. I'm someone who needs the know the details and nitty-gritty of my treatment plan which he is very open to providing and he takes the time to go over these things with you. If you have any more questions afterward, he is ready to answer. I am very satisfied with the quality of care I receive from him, and he is happy to help you find someone else if you don't click with him for whatever reason. He's also holistic in his treatment plan.
