Dr. Nieusma is A Blessing to all whom know her, a superb Listener & Communicator.
I was just telling friends how well my appt. with Dr. Nieusma went today and how well she listened and understood my issue. After listening, she made an exam of my leg and recommended a course of action. We also talked about a couple of other issues and she took care of those, too. Hope she gets to have lunch with Dr, Layhe and if that happens, please tell her Kathy Dunkel says Hi. I enjoyed my encounter with the capable gal at the front desk. Made checking in a fun and enjoyable experience! Everyone I met was very friendly.

I was very pleased with friendliness and the attention to detail as well as the caring nature... I just hope appointments are not going to be the issue and that McLaren finds people to help get more doctors... My past issues have been the fact that I was never able to see my doctor when I needed her. So I'm looking forward to my new primary doctor since I hand-picked her myself ??

Dr Nieusma is a blessing. I have had BAD experiences with doctors. For the past five years I have had to wait over two hours past my appointment time just to be seen. I am not exaggerating when I say today was one of my happiest in a long time. All because of the treatment I received at this office. I showed up fifteen minutes early to fill out new patient paperwork and I kid you not, I was in back and talking to the Doctor before I had even finished my paperwork. It was only two pages. She was kind and understanding and spoke clearly. She gave no-nonsense solutions to my medical problems and was very knowledgeable and helpful. I was treated with respect and dignity and it felt like I was just speaking to a friend. I look forward to my next trip to see Dr. Nieusma!
