I was a new patient and the doctor had gone over all my charts prior to meeting me so when he came into the exam room he had a good understanding why I was coming to see him that day which saved a lot of time. I have been on the hunt for a new primary care doctor for a while and although it took some time to get an appointment, I'm very happy I went to Dr Tom. He listened to everything I had to say about my medical history, he offered feedback to all the questions and concerns I had and made sure I understood what he meant with medical terms by explaining it in layman's terms so I could fully grasp.
