She spent maybe 7 minutes with me for a pap test and establishment appointment. She used this time to question me about a previous surgery and argue that I didn't know what surgery was done or how it was done. How could I not know this? I spent 2 decades trying to get chronic issue corrected, I specifically asked for the surgery and went to a leading expert in that issue! She clearly didn't look at my records which would have explained all of this the same way I explained it.
I know they received my records because the nurse who took my vitals surprised me by knowing what surgery was done.
If a doctor doesn't bother to look at my records and makes assumptions about what happened and why, I just don't go back.

Went in for my annual exam/pap smear as a new patient. Only a 7 min wait time after I filled out my medical history, and only a 2 min wait after I was changed into the gown. She was efficient, answered my questions, made me comfortable throughout the process. Highly recommend!
