Office staff was nice, got right in for my appointment. I felt very heard an seen by the physician. Dr. Cohen took a lot of time with me to review my history and address the concerns I was having. He was very through. I am very impressed with the staff and doctor.

Dr. Holloway has been my pcp for more than twenty years. His bedside manner is wonderful, his genuine care makes it a joy to attend my appointments. With that being said the front desk receptionist Melissa is the complete opposite. She ignored me even though the office was nearly empty, I arrived 10 minutes early was not greeted and when I approached her to inquire about my appointment she used a passive aggressive and condescending tone with me although she apologized this is not the first instance of both her and other front desk staff treating patients with a rude and unprofessional attitude.

This was the first time I saw a primary care Dr.in 20+ years and was pleasantly surprised. I Waited less than 10 minutes in waiting room and saw my provider within 5 minutes of being in examination room .
She took her time with me listened to everything I was concerned about and was very engaging and explained everything in plain English not dr jibberish . Did bloodwork in office and was quick to call in prescriptions and contacted me next business day about results.
Felt very comfortable with my caregiver and was very impressed with her knowledge and explanations .she spent the better part of 30 minutes with me and made sure I understood everything.
