I liked being able to just speak and Dr Pinelli's phone translated and made the notes instead of the doctor focusing on the computer. Dr. Pinelli covered the body functions from top to bottom in an orderly fashion. He was very thorough in asking questions and listening. I liked his professionalism, but he was still very personable. I accompanied someone else, so this was my first time meeting Dr. Pinelli I was very impressed.

The doctors office was CLEAN! The waiting area was CLEAN! The restroom was CLEAN! The staff was nice and friendly and my Doctor was just amazing! I wasn’t sitting in a filthy over crowded waiting area for a half hour, I actually was called back before I was finished with the paper work. My vitals were taken immediately and the doctor came in just minutes after I don’t think it was even 5 minutes. So for any person who can’t afford to miss a whole day from work to sit in a doctors office all day this is the place to go. The doctor was very nice yet concerned for my health he actually had time to do his doctoring during my visit which is very hard to come by these days. Doctors are usually over booked and pressured into turning out patients like we are waiting to get a cheese burger. I loved my previous PCP but the office was ran like a fast food burger joint that ran out of burgers. I actually decided to make this doctor my new PCP.

Dr. Pinelli is such a great doctor. He listens as much as he talks and he has such a caring bedside manner. I waiting less than 10 minutes to get into my room and the same for him to come to my room. He listened to my issue and recommended a route that I was comfortable with.
