McLean Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center
McLean Neuropsychiatric Treatment Center is a psychiatrist-led interventional psychiatry and neuromodulation practice serving McLean, Tysons, and the greater Washington, D.C. area. Led by Dr. Aazaz Haq, a board-certified adult and geriatric psychiatrist, our team of clinicians specializes in evidence-based treatment for depression, OCD, and complex mood disorders that haven't responded to standard care.
We offer a full range of interventional psychiatric treatments under one roof, including Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS) for depression and OCD, esketamine (Spravato), IV and IM ketamine therapy, vagus nerve stimulation (VNS), and comprehensive medication management — with specialized expertise in geriatric psychiatry for older adults.
Our practice is open seven days a week, including evenings and weekends, and we work directly with patients and referring clinicians to coordinate insurance benefits for TMS, esketamine, and other treatments. We are also an approved clinical training site for Georgetown University psychiatry residents and Lincoln Memorial University College of Osteopathic Medicine.
