I was impressed to see my first name and last initial on a white board as I walked in, welcoming me as a new patient. The Dr was so patient and thorough, listening to my concerns and clarifying multiple times to be sure she understood. Within 24 hours she had emailed me the exercises we spoke of to help with my problem. I am so impressed and cannot wait to tell everyone!
I was a little thrown off by the charge for an exam and an adjustment, since that wasn’t fully explained. However, it was worth every penny!

I appreciate that Dr Kiana was very thorough in examining me and explaining my treatment plan. I left with a clear understanding of what was causing my problem and what we needed to do to fix it. I understood that it wouldn’t take endless visits to accomplish the goal. I was given education on what I could do at home to support my adjustment .? Additionally, I appreciate Dr. Kiana’s great bedside manner. Talking to her is like talking to an understanding friend .?I would recommend her to anyone needing good Chiropractic care!

I am a mostly independent person with autism. A lot of medical professionals make me uncomfortable because they don’t understand that even if I act a little childish, I’m still an adult. This office has never treated me that way. They fully accept me as I am and I feel completely safe when I’m there. All people that I see at my appointments are very nice to me and patient when I ask a bajillion questions. Could not recommend them enough. ?

After spending years suffering from chronic pain, when nothing else had worked, I came to McMillen for adjustments and acupuncture. Kiana and her father are wonderful and so are the other staff members. I know it isn't for everyone but I promise it can't hurt to give chiropractic medicine a try. Acupuncture is great too, for my mind and body. I'm a navy veteran and mass shooting survivor, and these kind folks have helped heal me more in a short period of time than anything else has been able to in 12 years.
