Dr McNamara is very thorough and caring. My daughter was suffering with persistent daily migraines and he helped her break the migraine cycle. I have known Dr. McNamara for decades, and he has treated me for a variety of aches and pains over the years. Most recently, he has been treating me for neuropathy. I have had this condition in both feet for about two years and had been seeing a podiatrist.
