The service has improved year over year. The entire team comes across more friendly, more professional, attentive and helpful. The nurse assistant, NPs, trainees, the doctor come across more genuine and caring. They listen, advise and are clear on next steps. Since my last recent visits, my experience has been positive.

Long wait time (over an hour) to speak to the actual doctor. Then he stepped out to take a phone call in the middle of our conversation. Luckily the girl in training he had doing the work for him was very nice and helpful.
