It was my first visit to the office of Lauren Berman at MD365. Everyone was attentive, good listeners and patient; can't ask for more than that. Everyone made it easy for me. All my concerns were addressed. And that's all I've got to say about that.

From the front desk when you first arrive, you greeted the receptionist was excellent knowledgeable, pleasant and totally professional, which gave me a good feeling right from the start. My first appointment there was in October 2024. Next, I was greeted by a technician that was pleasant so thorough. answered any questions I had to the best of her knowledge I feel the same about all the technicians that work at the office and I had the same primary doctor for 25 years. I had to find a new one doing two age and insurance Dr Lauren was awesome right from the beginning. I couldn't have been happier. I feel she takes the time to listen and do whatever she can to help the situation I have also sent her two new patients. I will continue to recommend very happy with my new primary care team.

My appointment was fine, but it didn’t seem as thorough as most physicals I have done in the past. I was not given any intake paperwork to fill in, which struck me as strange given that I was a new patient, nor did they ask for records from previous providers. I received links to test results, but they did not sync to the app that the office recommended I download and, as of 3 days after my visit, no one has discussed my results with me.
Office was cleanly and staff were kind. It was convenient to have blood work done right in the office.

Finally found my new PCP!!! It’s been many years and I am so relieved that I found the doctor who was right for me. She is an amazing listener and did not rush me at all. The whole staff were friendly and helpful. They do all blood draws on site which was important for me.

Dr. Berman was great. I saw her to establish a primary care doctor. She was very thorough. Went over all of my history. Physical included blood work, vision and hearing exam. She personally called me to go over my lab results the following day and referred me to a specialist. The office staff was very friendly and the office itself was new and clean. I was seen immediately when I arrived for my appoitment.
