Meadow Primary Care
Welcome! We at Meadow Primary Care are all about old school medicine with a modern day touch. This means we look at our patients as a whole and not just at their symptoms. We pride ourselves on quality patient care and appointments. You will never feel rushed or like you are just a number at Meadow Primary Care. We ensure 30-45 minute appointment slots to ensure all your needs are met.
What do we offer?
We offer primary care services, sick visits, weight loss and hormone replacement therapies for out patients.
What about Insurance or Payments?
We are out of network with insurance but can create a superbill for patients with out of network PPO benefits(we can not ensure the amount your insurance will reimburse). Our initial office visit is 125$ for new patients and then 75$ per visit after. We also offer a membership option for children, adults, families and businesses. That start at 50$ per month for unlimited visits, Telehealth and all other treatments above.
We do accept MEDICARE and TRICARE SELECT as well.

This has got to be the best experience I have ever had with a medical practitioner in my life! Meriem Richardson was kind, patient, made me feel at ease right away (which means a lot with someone who has a TBI) I have had horrendous experiences with past Dr.s and provider who could be condescending and that do not understand TBI patients and all our issues with communication and anxiety and how I am my horrible horrible symptoms just get dismissed. Meriem listened attentively, is very knowledgeable about TBI, and was so good at diagnosing my deep chest congestion that just was not going away. The office was quiet, she made lots of time for me, and again, her kindness, understanding and attention to my issues was just.....well I can't quite express how much the right provider is vital to our existence. I feel heard! I feel like she really cares and will help me find the best solutions for my care, other specialist that will be compassionate and give me the best care for me!
